Chocolate Fudge

Homemade chocolate, but the kind made with real chocolate and no milk powder. It melts in your mouth (and in your hand if you don’t eat it quickly) :))

This is THE EASYEST chocolate fudge recipe you can make at home, ready in just a few minutes!

For a 20 x 20 cm pan, about 900g of Fudge:

  • 500 g Sweet condensed milk
  • 530 g Dark chocolate 55% or more
  • 60 g Almonds, Nuts, Pistachio (or whatever you have)
  • 30 g Candied orange peel

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and melt them on a double boiler. Pour the mixture into a shape of approximately 20×20 cm, lined with cling film and decorate as you like(using nuts, lyophilized raspberries, salt flakes, etc ) then refrigerate for a few hours until it hardens. Cut in pieces. Enjoy.
